这是方言，具体是哪的方言我也不太清楚
好像是四川方言，在很多地方的方言里，锤子有一个意思是“男性生殖器”的意思
所以 “懂个锤子”等于“懂个鸡巴” 也就是 啥也不懂的意思
也可以单独使用“锤子” 表示 否定 类似于英语里面的 bullshit
